Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of HDC Hyundai Development Company (hereinafter the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the services (hereinafter the “Service”) provided by IPARK Hyundai Development Company through https://hdc-dvp.com.

Article 2 (Notice and Application)

These Terms and Conditions take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or otherwise made publicly available.
The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions, and any amendments shall take effect in the same manner as set forth in Paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Matters Not Specified in These Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Article 5 (Formation of the Use Agreement)

1. 1. The use agreement is formed when the Company accepts a user’s application after the user has agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. 2. A user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions when the user reads them, selects the appropriate response to “Do you agree to the IPARK Hyundai Development Company Customer Inquiry Terms and Conditions?”, and clicks the Inquiry button.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

1. 1. Users of this Service must provide all information requested by the Company (name, email address).
2. 2. Users who submit an application using another person’s identity (name and email address) without authorization may be subject to penalties under applicable laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Acceptance of Application for Use)

1. 1. The Company does not separately approve individual user inquiries or applications for use.

Article 8 (Changes to Agreement Details)

1. 1. If any information provided at the time of a customer inquiry changes, the user may submit a new inquiry or contact the Company by phone to request the necessary updates.

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)

1. 1. The Company shall not engage in any act prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions, or any act contrary to public order and morality, and shall make every effort to provide the Service continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. 2. The Company shall establish security systems to protect users’ personal information so that users may use the Service safely, and shall comply with its personal information protection policy.
3. 3. The Company shall not send unsolicited commercial emails to users who have clearly expressed their intention not to receive such communications.
4. 4. If a complaint or opinion raised by a user is objectively recognized as legitimate, the Company shall address it promptly through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate resolution is not feasible, the Company shall notify the user of the reason and the expected resolution schedule.

Article 10 (Obligations Regarding Member User IDs and Passwords)

As this Service does not require separate membership registration, no member user IDs or passwords are collected.

Article 11 (General Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

1. ① Fraudulently using another person’s identity
2. ② Reproducing information obtained through the Service for purposes other than the user’s own use without the Company’s prior consent, or using such information in publications or broadcasts, or providing it to third parties
3. ③ Infringing upon the copyrights or other rights of third parties
4. ④ Distributing to others any information, text, graphics, or other content that violates public order and morality
5. ⑤ Any act objectively deemed to be associated with criminal activity
6. ⑥ Any other act in violation of applicable laws and regulations

Users must comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any service use guidelines or precautions.

Users must comply with any use restrictions posted by the Company in service notices or separately announced for each category of content.

Article 12 (Provision of Information)

The Company may provide users with various information deemed necessary during their use of the Service, by email, telephone, postal mail, or other methods.

Article 13 (User Inquiries)

The Company shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the contents of inquiries submitted by users and shall not post such contents on any external website.

Article 14 (Service Hours)

In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special operational or technical impediment. However, this does not apply to days or times designated by the Company for scheduled maintenance or other necessary purposes.
The Company may divide the Service into segments and set separate hours of availability for each segment, in which case prior notice shall be given.

Article 15 (Suspension of Service)

1. 1. The Company may suspend the Service in any of the following circumstances:
   1. ① When unavoidable due to maintenance or construction work on service equipment
   2. ② When a common carrier as defined under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends its telecommunications services
      The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service when normal use of the Service is disrupted due to a national emergency, power outage, service equipment failure, or a sudden surge in service usage.

Article 16 (Damages)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with their use of the Service during any period in which the Service is provided free of charge.

Article 17 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events of equivalent nature.
The Company shall not be liable for any disruption to a user’s use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the user.
The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or any other aspect of the content of any information, materials, or facts posted by users on the Service.

In the event that litigation is initiated regarding any dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall be the competent court.
