and converts them into social value to leverage as results of sustainable management.

Social Value Categories

Economic Indirect Contribution Performance

Refers to the economic value that a company’s business activities contribute to society and consists of indicators such as job creation, dividends, and tax payments.
Environmental
Performance

Refers to the value of managing and reducing the environmental impacts generated during corporate business activities and consists of indicators such as environmental management investment costs, greenhouse gas emissions, water resources, waste, renewable energy, biodiversity, and ready-mixed concrete usage.
Social
Performance

Refers to the social value created for members and the local community through corporate activities and comprises indicators such as industrial safety investment costs, executives’ and employees’ quality of life, mutual growth, social contribution operating costs, and volunteer activities by workers.
